The BCFO will manage the disbursement of funds raised by Ohio’s breast cancer specialty license plate to cover identified gaps in services.
The mission of the BCFO is to help Ohio breast cancer patients survive the hardships of cancer treatment by providing emergency, temporary, financial assistance.
